Coast Fitness Training (CFT) is a family owned and operated studio that caters for all people of all fitness levels. Founded in 2011 we’ve been providing fitness solutions to our members for over 6 years.

We offer one on one personal training sessions, goal focused personal training (ie running a marathon) and a weekly timetable of classes that includes: METAFIT and METAPWR (HIIT), core and strength sessions, beach training, pregnancy classes & box-fit. We also offer small group training for up to 4 people, with all sessions catered for each participants individual needs.

With all classes led by Fiona Levett, her multitude of qualifications are evident in the quality workouts we offer. Fiona has obtained a Certificate III in Personal Training and 

Certificate IV in fitness, is a qualified Punchfit (boxing) instructor,  Crankit Suspension training coach and she is also a qualified Metafit and Metapwr coach.

Our philosophy centres around identifying our clients goals and assisting in their success. We focus on enjoyment, having fun and creating a place of confidence and no judgement.

All our clients attend multiple classes a week and keep coming back for more! We keep our class numbers small to ensure we are focusing on correct technique, avoiding injury and to ensure you are getting the most out of your work out.

We offer a pay by the month option, or casual classes, and there are no lock-in contracts.

8 weeks after birth I needed to do something for me. A little break in my day where I focused on myself and my body. Already in just 8 weeks I have regained strength and am loving exercise again. Some days it’s hard to get out the door, (baby overtired and screaming) but once I am there and moving I feel amazing and can then spend the rest of the day being a better mum. Fiona is incredible with my kids and always caters for my needs. She is motivating and inspiring. Thank you Fee for creating an environment where I can come and just be me and love myself.
