Our Classes

Our classes include HIIT sessions of MetaFit and MetaPWR, core and strength sessions, pregnancy classes, box-fit & beach training, with all sessions catered for each participants individual needs.

Our philosophy centres around identifying our clients goals and assisting in their success. We focus on enjoyment, having fun and creating a place of confidence and no judgement.

Expect to be welcomed with a smile and to get a great work out in our positive, friendly environment, and leave after a great stretch, feeling energised and amazing as you walk out the door.

All our clients attend multiple classes a week and keep coming back for more! We keep our class numbers small to ensure we are focusing on correct technique, avoiding injury and to ensure you are getting the most out of your work out.

We offer a pay by the month option, or casual classes, and there are no lock-in contracts.

Boxing

A 45 minute session for all fitness levels that focuses on a whole body workout.  You will do cardio, strength and core in this session.

MetaFit

A 30 minute high Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session suitable for all fitness levels. It’s designed to boost your metabolism so you can continue to burn calories for up to 24 hours after the session.

Bumpfit

A 30 minute session designed for pregnant women, new mums or if you want to start back into training slowly. All sessions are tailored to individual participants needs.

MetaPWR

A 30 minute session that combines resistance and bodyweight exercises to target and develop strength, power, agility and cardiovascular efficiency.

CSS

This session focuses Core, Strength and Stretch and is great for rebuilding your core stability.

SSS

Ranging from 45 – 60 min, in the warmer months Super Strength Saturday is held at the beach. This session focuses on strength using sandbags, bodyweight and other equipment. You don’t have to be already fit to attend and it’s a fantastic way to start your weekend!

Boxburn

A 45 minute class that’s great for overall fitness and targeting arms. Consists of boxing to improve strength, muscle tone, and fitness by using pads, weights, medicine balls and bodyweight exercises.
